UK Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days) – £2.99 (Free over £30)
Nextday Delivery By Royal Mail by 1 pm – £8.95 (On Orders Upto £100)
Express Shipping (1-2 Working days)  – £5.99 (Free Over £100) 
EU Standard Delivery (8-10 Working Days) – £13.50
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days. Our standard processing times are Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM excluding Bank Holidays. We take care of every single packaging with caution and make sure all handling instructions are followed step by step, so you can get your purchase on time and in excellent condition.

Distance selling after Brexit

Following the departure of the UK from the EU, shipping our products to EU destinations (Distance Selling) has resulted in new EU VAT and customs rules. When placing an order for shipping to the EU, the following charges based on your location may apply:

Orders under €22 no VAT or Customs Duty

Orders over €22 VAT charges apply 

Orders over €150 may incur Customs Duty on non-perfume items

In addition to the above, your order will include a customs clearance fee. You will be informed of total fees payable by the courier company, along with delivery dates and applicable charges due in order to receive your parcel. To place an order into the EU from the UK, you will need to accept our terms and conditions regarding responsibility for customs and taxes as well customs clearance fees where applicable, before proceeding to checkout.

Please note: If fees are not paid in the time specified by the courier, your parcel may be held by customs or returned to Oudh Shop in which case administrative and delivery fees may apply if a refund or redelivery is requested.


We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the right product ordered. Sometimes, however, mistakes do happen and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. Please fill up the return form. We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items that are received in a resaleable condition within 14 working days of purchase.  Exceptions are oil custom-filled bottles in clear or crystal bottles.  Please send items with retaining proof of postage, to:

Refunds will always be processed by the original payment method.
When returning goods to customer services or in-store, refunds will be paid onto the same method of payment used on the original order.  The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received back.

Returning Products and Proof of Purchase

All online customers will receive a proof of purchase email when their order has been dispatched. Please, fill up the returns form and make sure our online sales department is aware of your in-store return before proceeding. Due to hygiene and Covid-19 safeguarding we do no accept return of any loose oil perfumes.

Our Money Back guarantee is essentially a simple guarantee that, if you are not satisfied with our product, a refund will be made. We are proud and confident about the quality of our products, therefore we offer you this guarantee for a piece of mind.
Note: This guarantee does not cover Fragrance oils, but sprays. The product should be unused and unpacked and return fees are covered by the buyer. We recommend you order a sample together with your product, so you can double-check the fragrances before actually opening the main box or product bag etc…
