No, according to our manufacturer procedure the items are child labour free.

Do you pack and design in the UK?

All of our spray perfumes are designed and packed in the UAE, where many of the finest Arabian fragrance houses are based. The UAE is internationally recognised for its craftsmanship in oud and luxury perfumery. We source directly from trusted suppliers to ensure you receive authentic, high-quality products delivered from our UK-based store.

Are your perfumes and oils authentic?

Yes, all our perfumes and fragrance oils are 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers and brands, including Anfar London and other premium Arabian fragrance houses.

Do you offer samples or testers?

At this time, we do not offer individual testers or samples. However, many of our gift sets and discovery kits feature smaller-sized bottles perfect for trying multiple scents.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within the UK. We are working to expand our delivery network to include international destinations in the near future.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Are your products suitable for gifting?

Can I drink this perfume?

No, you should not. It may cause lethal problems.

If any children drink Musk or Perfume what would be the damage?

It may cause a bellyache and temporary breathing problems. Contact your GP immediately.

What is Alcohol Denat?

“Alcohol denat” or denatured alcohol is ethanol mixed with additives to form an inconsumable mixture. Furthermore, it is a common ingredient in many hygienic and cleaning items, like toothpaste, window cleaner, deodorant, etc. Alcohol denat is not manufactured for an unlawful use. In fact, its many uses are a benefit and advantage to people.

Are perfumes toxic?

Most fragrance products contain some type of alcohol, usually ethanol – the same type of alcohol found in alcoholic beverages. Fragrance products typically contain a blend of water-soluble components and essential oils. The alcohol is needed to help everything mix in the product. Once the fragrance is on the skin, the alcohol and water evaporate leaving the pleasant-smelling essential oil behind.

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes, we offer fast and reliable shipping across the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location.

I placed an order but haven’t received confirmation. What should I do?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
